A wine of sophisticated balance. Very much in the apple and pears area of the light dry refreshing Italian white with hints of the warm Mediterranean. Very crisp, very fresh, very lovely. With the Trebbiano we could go on about cold fermentation, stabilisation, minimal interference and the like, but that would be too dull for such a deliciously light wine.

Cevico are the biggest company we deal with and they are big indeed. 4^th largest private winery inItaly but we like them and for some bizarre region, must be our smiles, they like us. They have a bewildering array of wines which is actually testament to how good they are. They make wines that are specific to the regions where the vines are grown and they keep that typicity to the forefront as much as they can. AND we’ve discovered new wines as regions that we would never have heard of before. Borgo Eliceo DOC anyone? It is pretty cracking, actually.
