Standard Delivery is via our couriers
Orders placed before 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will normally arrive the next day before 4pm.
Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will normally be delivered the following Monday before 4pm.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will normally be delivered the following Tuesday before 4pm.
A Saturday Delivery is possible for an additional surcharge. Please contact us on 01244 581522 or sales@biancatrading.co.uk if you would like us to arrange this.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or on bank holidays.
Delivery dates are given in good faith but are estimates only and no liability will be accepted for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
Delivery Charges
Standard deliver to mainland UK addresses in England, Wales and Scotland is charged as following:
£12 per order for 1 to 12 bottles
£18 on orders of 13 or more bottles

If you require delivery to remote areas of northern Scotland, Northern Island or the Isle of Man, please contact us.
Returns
Damaged Goods
For goods damaged during delivery we will offer the customer a replacement or refund. Notification must be by telephone, post or email within three working days of delivery.
Faulty Goods
If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund provided you contact us by telephone, post or email within three working days of delivery. You may be required to return the unfinished bottle for inspection, with cost of shipping the wine back to us refundable when the wine is assessed as faulty.
Incorrect Goods Delivered
Notification must be by telephone, post or email within three working days of delivery in the unusual event that we deliver the wrong goods to you. We will offer you a refund or replacement of the incorrect wine, on return of the bottle(s) in question. The shipping costs of returning the bottle(s) to us will be refunded.
In all the above cases please contact us with the details of items and quantities prior to arranging a return.
Sale or Return
Only full cases will be accepted and wines must be returned in their original cases. Up to 20% of your order can be returned free of charge, by prior agreement. If more than 20% is returned there will be a charge for collection of £3.50 (not including VAT) per case for the whole consignment, with a minimum charge of £12.00. Only stock that is a current stock item can be returned and stock must be returned within one month of original delivery. Stock must be in good condition. Goods delivered in error by Bianca Trading will be collected free of charge. Collection must be authorised by us.
